Listen Up Music Fans - myAWOL is Now LP33.tv

SANTA MONICA, Calif., Sept. 4 -- Music startup myAWOL has
changed its name to LP33.tv prior to set in motion giving users greater clarity
and instant recognition nigh the company's mission -- blending music and
tV for a total artist and user experience.

Director of Content Vlad Lodzinski says, "The market had moved on
between our early planning stages and now. With our world launch close at hand,
we distinct to update the stain into something a little easier to remember
and spell, with just a touch of retro-cool for those in the live. It has
the added advantage of avoiding confusion with the recently launched myAOL.
We think it nicely summarizes what an audience can anticipate, and we're proud
of the various hours of high quality TV shows and alive concert footage our
in-house teams have prepared, featuring talented unexampled acts from both the US
and Europe."

The name LP33.tv encompasses the company's core strengths: executives
with a wealth of music industry experience and connections, and a finger on
the pulse of what artists and fans desire in online music today and for years
to come. From vinyl to video and beyond, LP33.tv is synonymous with the
universal lyric and business leader of medicine.

LP33.tv is expected to launch to the world in early October 2008, with
its industry-focused site, theMIDB.com, launch on September 5, 2008.
